Pay-Nexa facilitates payments and takes requests. We do not generate bills, issue policies, operate transport or provide utility services. The biller, insurer or operator is solely responsible for its own bills, policies, tickets and service quality.

Bill payments

Bill details are fetched from the biller through our BBPS partner. We cannot guarantee that a biller will post a payment instantly; delays and biller-side errors can occur. Please keep your receipt or reference number.

Insurance

All insurance policies are issued and governed solely by IRDAI-registered insurers. We do not sell or advise on insurance, and premium payment through us does not change the terms of your policy.

Travel

Travel requests are enquiries. Availability, fares, timings and cancellation rules are set by the bus operator or railway and can change without notice. A request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it to you in writing.
