• Account and KYC details for retailers, collected after login: business name, PAN and other documents required for compliance.
• Transaction records: biller, amount, status and references. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes; card details are handled by the payment gateway.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and basic server logs.

How we use it

Pay-Nexa uses your information to respond to enquiries, process payments, prevent fraud, meet legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to complete your request: the payment gateway, BBPS partners and billers, insurers or travel operators you ask us to deal with, and authorities where the law requires. These parties process data under their own policies.

Security and retention

Credentials are stored encrypted, access is permission-controlled and sensitive actions are logged. We keep records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to satisfy legal, tax and audit requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry details, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us through the contact page.
