Terms of service

Please read these terms before using Pay-Nexa.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Pay-Nexa ("we", "us") under the brand Pay-Nexa. By registering or making a payment you agree to them.

2. Our services

We enable payment of utility bills, recharges, FASTag, credit-card dues and insurance premiums, and we take travel requests. Bill payments are processed through authorised BBPS partners and billers; card/UPI collections are processed by a licensed payment gateway. We are a facilitator: the biller, insurer, operator or railway remains responsible for its own service.

3. Accounts and KYC

Retailer accounts are created after we review your enquiry. We may ask for identity and business documents (KYC) after you log in and may refuse, suspend or close an account where information is incomplete or activity looks suspicious. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Payments and fees

The amount you pay, any convenience fee and any biller charge are shown before you confirm. A payment is complete only when you see a success status. If a status shows "pending", please do not pay again — we track it until it is resolved.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering or to move funds between your own cards and bank accounts (for example paying a credit card bill using another credit card, or collecting card payments for non-genuine sales). We may block transactions and report suspicious activity as the law requires.

6. Refunds and complaints

Our refund & cancellation policy forms part of these terms. Payments made to a wrong account number are governed by the biller's rules and may not be recoverable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by billers, banks, networks, the payment gateway or events beyond our control, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and the updated version applies from the date it is posted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
